The Tatler Dining Awards 2023 took place on Monday 30th January and we were delighted that Roganic Hong Kong and the team were recognised with awards.

Roganic Hong Kong head chef Ashley Salmon was awarded 'Sustainability Champion'.

"Sustainability for me is a wide-ranging topic and means many different things to different people. I’m beyond proud and humbled for the recognition of our approach and we will endeavour to keep improving. But of course, the real champions are the amazing producers we are lucky enough to work alongside and promote on a daily basis." Ash Salmon

Our group manager and master sommelier Pierre Brunelli received the award for 'Best Sommelier' - a fantastic achievement and recognition for the incredible selection of wines we are serving across our Hong Kong restaurants.

And we are delighted that Roganic was listed as a 'Tatler Dining Top 20 Restaurant'. Congratulations to all of our Hong Kong team and all the winners.
