This March I spent four nights cooking at Dining at Murasaki in Hong Kong, bringing a taste of Cartmel to China.
Dining at Murasaki add a twist to traditional Japanese cuisine with a mix of classic French and innovative cooking techniques.
Joined by Aulis London Head Chef Raf and Chef Sam Nash from L’Enclume, we delivered a special menu that included L’Enclume classics alongside some new creations. A fantastic experience alongside a warm, welcoming and talented restaurant team. A must visit if you are ever in Hong Kong.
