SIMON AT YOXMAN
Simon will be cooking at YOXMAN from Friday 7th to Monday 10th March 2025, at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk alongside former L’Enclume chef and owner of Michelin-starred Crocadon, Dan Cox and Nathan Davies, head chef at Michelin-starred SY23.
