We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded four Farm Shop & Deli gold awards at this year’s ceremony for our Lemon Thyme Oil, Mushroom Salt, Coal Oil and Fennel Salt. All four products took home top prizes for their taste, value, and quality.

Almost all of our Home by Simon Rogan pantry items have been created using surplus seasonal produce from Our Farm, ensuring that each ingredient is used in its entirety.

Our chefs utilise age-old methods, such as pickling, fermenting, and preserving in oil, vinegar, and salt, as well as more contemporary practices, including dry-ageing and dehydrating, to create a range of artisanal products that adhere to Simon’s culinary ethos.
