Applications for our 2024 chef and front of house academies are open.

So apply now for the unique opportunity to learn and work at our award-winning restaurants in The Lakes, whilst earning a salary that is higher than the national apprenticeship minimum.

Successful applicants will work at L'Enclume, Rogan & Co, Henrock and Our Farm, whilst gaining all the necessary qualifications at Kendal College. They will also experience living in the beautiful Lake District, which has plentiful activities, outdoor pursuits, restaurants, and pubs.

The course will run for 15-months, culminating in a fully expensed week-long stagiaire at one of our Michelin-starred restaurants abroad - with all flights and hotel accommodation paid for.

We are able to offer staff accommodation for those relocating to Cumbria to help you find your feet while you search for your longer-term home.
