Aulis Cartmel Booking terms

Bookings & Waiting List:
If the date you’re looking for is already fully booked, we recommend adding yourself to the waiting list. We will reach out to those on the waiting list if any tables become available.

Reservations for 2024 are now open. Please sign up to our newsletter to receive priority booking invitations and other news.

Cancellation Policy
All guests are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation. Cancellation of your reservation less than 7 days before your visit will incur a charge of £250 per person for lunch or dinner.

For room reservations with dinner or lunch, we offer free cancellation or modification of your booking until noon, 14 days before your visit. Cancellation or modification of your reservation until noon less than 14 days before your visit will incur the full rate of the package or room and dinner. We will endeavour to re-sell your room and table to another party and if successful a full refund will be given.

Dietary Requirements
Due to the nature of the menu at Aulis Cartmel, we are unable to accept any allergies or dietary requirements. If the table is booked by one party in its entirety, please call our reservations team to discuss any requirements on +44 (0) 15395 36362.

Rooms
We have 16 bedrooms and suites located around the village of Cartmel, each designed in its own unique style while retaining references to the historic surroundings.

Our Rooms are located in different areas of the village and are all a short walk to the restaurants. There are three different room categories to choose from. Check in is from 3pm. Check out at 11am.

We are unable to accommodate dogs in our restaurant or rooms.

Covid-19
We respectfully advise our customers that in most cases, we will no longer accept Covid-19 as a valid reason for cancelling.

Child Policy
We accept children over the age of 6 at lunchtime and over the age of 12 in the evening. There is no children’s menu available at Aulis Cartmel.

Private Hire
We offer private hire of Aulis London. To book exclusively, please email our reservations team at auliscartmel@simonrogan.co.uk for further information.
